  2. Are your hair extensions 100% human hair? 

    • Yes, all our hair extensions are 100% human hair, (including bulk hair for braiding/wig making, unless labeled otherwise i.e. pre-stretched kanekalon or synthetic hair for braids/crochet/twists) sourced from reliable suppliers to ensure the finest quality. Our hair extensions are unprocessed and free from harsh chemicals. 

  3. What lengths do your hair extensions come in?

    • We offer hair extensions in a variety of lengths, ranging from 12 inches to 30 inches. You can choose the length that best fits your desired look.

  4. Can I color or dye the hair extensions?

    • Yes, our hair extensions can be colored or dyed. Since they are made from 100% human hair, they can be treated just like your natural hair. However, we recommend consulting a professional stylist for the best results.

Installation and Care

    • We recommend having a professional stylist install your hair extensions to ensure the best results. Popular installation methods include sew-in, tape-in, and clip-in extensions, depending on your needs and preferences.

  2. How long do hair extensions last?

    • With proper care, our hair extensions can last anywhere from 6 months to over a year. The longevity depends on the type of hair, how often they are worn, and how well they are maintained.

  3. What is the best way to care for my hair extensions?

    • To keep your hair extensions looking their best, we recommend regular washing with sulfate-free shampoo, deep conditioning treatments, and avoiding excessive heat styling. Gently brush the extensions using a wide-tooth comb or a specialized brush to prevent tangling.

  4. Can I use heat styling tools on my hair extensions?

    • Yes, you can use heat styling tools on our hair extensions. However, it's important to use a heat protectant spray and keep the temperature at a moderate level to avoid damaging the hair.

    • Orders typically take 2-3 business days to process. Shipping times vary based on your location, but most orders within the Chicago area arrive within 5-7 business days.

  2. Do you offer local pickup in Chicago?

    • No, we do not offer local pickup options for customers in the Chicago area. 

  3. What is your return and exchange policy?

    • We accept returns and exchanges on unopened hair extensions within 14 days of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used hair. Please review our full return policy for more details.
