Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for products that are; unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for used hair extensions, lashes, and opened beauty products.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

  • To initiate a refund, contact our customer service team at info@treasuretressesbytasha.com with your order number and reason for the refund request.
  • Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Processing Returns

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If approved, we will process the return and issue a store credit or exchange the item as per your preference.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@treasuretressesbytasha.com. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
