Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available for products that are; unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for used hair extensions, lashes, and opened beauty products.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process

- Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Damaged or Defective Items
